Clear light brown liquid .emulsifies in water, smells of solvent .
Harmful ,possible risk of irreversible effects in contact with skin (R40/21)
Mildly irritating to skin and eyes .
Prolonged skin contact will result in de fattening of the skin ,leading to irritation
and in some cases dermatitis.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURE
CONTACT WITH SKIN:
After contact with skin , wash immediately with plenty of soap and water ( S 28) Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Contaminated clothing should be laundered before reuse.
CONTACT WITH EYES:
If substance has got into eyes ,immediately wash out with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Seek immediate medical attention .
INGESTION:
NEVER MAKE AN UNCONSCIUS PERSON VOMIT OR DRINK FLUIDS !
